Consultancy & Concept Development

A digital project rarely succeeds if decisions are made first about technology, design or a finished product. The starting point is the task at hand: what is to be achieved, for whom, and under what conditions? These questions relate not only to the technology, but also to the organisation, the timetable and the people who will later use or manage the solution. Only once these questions have been clarified is a foundation established upon which a solution can be developed reliably and sustained in the long term. At CCDS, personalised advice, sound conceptual planning, experience and a sense of responsibility form this foundation.

Personal advice

At CCDS, projects are managed by dedicated contact persons. Communication lines are short, and decisions can be clarified directly. Those managing a project are familiar not only with the specific task at hand, but also with the company behind it – its requirements, processes and objectives. This understanding is maintained throughout the entire course of the project, even if requirements or circumstances change along the way.

Well-founded concept

Before technologies are selected or implementation begins, the design phase takes place. Depending on the project, objectives and requirements are clarified, existing processes are understood, target groups and users are taken into account, and existing content and systems are analysed. Technical constraints are also examined, different approaches are weighed up against one another, and the effort involved, risks and dependencies are realistically assessed. The appropriate technology is determined by the task at hand – not the other way round. This creates a foundation on which decisions can be made with greater confidence.

Experience & Responsibility

CCDS has more than 25 years’ experience in project management – working with defined budgets and timelines, handling relaunches and platform projects whilst systems remain in operation, providing long-term support for client solutions, and managing business-critical applications involving multiple internal and external project stakeholders. This experience helps us to assess the impact of decisions at an early stage, identify risks in good time and keep track of dependencies between stakeholders. Our responsibility does not end with the start of a project, but extends to long-term support.

From the problem to the right solution

Personalised advice, well-founded planning and experience form the basis on which the right solution is then developed – whether in the areas of websites & platforms, digital solutions & AI, or marketing & communication. We draw on established technologies whilst also developing our own solutions. One example of this is sp8, the AI-native platform developed by CCDS for modern websites and relaunch projects: here, AI is integrated from the ground up into key processes such as content, structuring, SEO, migration and translation. At the same time, these processes remain manageable – with a particular focus on data protection, security and the quality of AI-generated results.

Discuss the project

Whether a project has already been outlined in detail or the scope of work is still to be defined – either is a good starting point for an initial discussion.
